At Nordic Socks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new socks aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
